So they pretty much gave me a steal of a deal!! although at first there was a bit of miscomunication.. they deffinitly made up for it!

The Spa is clean and well maintained. Friendly staff and good service overall. The massage, however, is average at best. It appears that they do not have some of the better trained massage therapists to match their very nice spa facilities. Use the spa and skip the massage for now.
Pros: Good ambiece and friendly staff
Cons: Massage therapist skills below average

Ok. Let me just say, simply, that this place is great! Totally unexpected gem in the middle of Oakland. Really well-made rooms - very clean and stylish. Their website is a really accurate representation of the rooms, though the rooms are actually much larger than they appear. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My boyfriend and I will most definitely be back!
